Honey & Mustard Chicken Recipe

This recipe is perfect for a quick but impressive supper.  Serve with mashed potatoes or rice, roasted kale, peas and broccoli. Serves 4.

Ingredients

4 chicken fillets 
60 ml/4 tbsp Black & Gold Honey & Mustard dressing
30 ml/2 tbsp  Black & Gold Original oil

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan, gas mark 6 

Ceramic ovenproof dish

Place chicken in the dish

Whisk together, the dressing, oil and honey. Drizzle over the chicken and season.

Cook for 25-30 mins, check after 20 mins and if caramelising or charring too much, loosely cover with tinfoil for remaining time. Rest for 5 mins before serving.  

Tips: After resting I then slice the chicken (on the diagonal) into 3 or 4 pieces before serving. If there is a lot of jus from the cooking then pop into a small jug for serving.
